I'm Ella Reddy, Occupational Therapist. 

In 2022, I started Adelaide Functional OT to provide a holistic, person centered and practical therapy service.

I am passionate about maximising the functional outcomes for people living with a disability, improving their independence, safety and wellbeing through the therapeutic use of occupation. I strongly believe that you are the expert in your disability, your strengths and challenges, and work holistically with you, your family and networks to achieve your goals. I deliver individualised therapy supports tailored to you and your environment, whether that be where you live, where you work, study or play, or where you participate in the wider community.

I graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) and have 7 years experience working within community disability and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). I have experience primarily with adults with neurological conditions, as well as intellectual disability, brain injury, autism, psychosocial disabilities and complex comorbidities. I enjoy providing education and training to families, health professionals, support services and your network to support your goals.

I am passionate about supporting participants and families to navigate the NDIS, and have provided clinical assessment to support successful assistive technology, housing and support services applications.
